Thank you for shopping at Ghaavi Clothing! We want to ensure that you have a satisfying shopping experience with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Ghaavi Clothing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• Ghaavi will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Ghaavi does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE & ONE SIZE.

• Ghaavi does not provide exchanges for accessories, Bags & Sandals.

• Ghaavi is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.

• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo & a video of the damaged product at ghaavijaipur@gmail.com or on whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an refund /exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.

• All returns are subject to verification by our team at Ghaavi.

•  Online Returns: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Provide us a direct email with image and a vaild reason of exchanging the product over our email id "ghaavijaipur@gmail.com " within 24 hours of delivery.
2. a.Log in to your Ghaavi Clothing account. b. Go to your Order History and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return or exchange. c. Follow the provided instructions to request a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

•  Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, You can send the package with any means as the price is borne by you only.

•  Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Ghaavi is not responsible for lost or damaged returns of a returned item.

•  Refunds: Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days with a time period of 24-28 hours of processing time so that it reflects in your account.

• Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange, we will process the exchange once your returned item(s) are received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to availability.

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.ghaavi.com. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account within 24-28 hours.
• Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days and takes around 24-28 hours to reflect.
